Celebrations
5/19/2018
This week, we had our publishing party, a celebration of the hard work students had done during our fiction writing unit. In preparation, they each chose the fiction piece they were most proud of and fixed it up to be published. During the event, students rotated around and read each story. We then had treats while some students read their stories to the class. Students beamed with pride as they shared their stories, encouraged each other, and cheered each other on. It was a great way to celebrate their hard work - and each other as authors and illustrators! Comments are closed.
