Inquiring Minds
5/13/2018
We kicked off our final science inquiry this week. It all started with a discussion and demonstration of day and night. After that, we charted the amount of daylight in Anchorage by month. This week, we will use that data to create infographics comparing the seasons. As always, the students' enthusiasm and eagerness to continue our study reaffirmed the power of inquiry-based learning for me. Inquiry-based learning is so engaging for our students. It encourages them to stay curious and inspires a love of learning. There is so much in our world to discover, and I am thankful to help your students discover some of it.
